Phono 2 Preamplifier

This is the matching phono preamplifier to go along with the Stereo 4 amplifier, which has only line-level inputs. The circuit topology is similar to the Stereo 4 amplifier. It is direct coupled from input to output. The preamplifier features passive RIAA equalization with the unique feature that the equalization network is driven by a current source. I designed and built this preamplifier in 2001.
